Planning
Why is planning so important?
Planning is the key to avoiding change orders and expensive rework. The plans will be duplicated and sent to every trade (electrical, framing, plumbing, etc…) to provide the exact approach for the build. This is also important as without adequate plans, building permits cannot be issued. The plans will be reviewed with the designer to ensure that they meet all your needs.
